2023, Journal of Cystic FibrosisCitation Excerpt :The concept of partnership is important to consider when developing interventions that target couples, with the fundamentals of partnership being sharing, intracouple communication and mutual support [28]. Importantly, partner involvement in SRH decisions must also put the patient's safety and autonomy first and foremost, recognizing that discordant preferences and intentions may also be associated with intimate partner violence and reproductive coercion [29]. Our findings highlight that partners of women with CF desire inclusion in several SRH discussions.
