There was an error on the front cover of the print edition of the April 2011 journal. The authors of the article entitled “‘If-then’ planning in one-to-one behaviour change counselling is effective in promoting contraceptive adherence in teenagers” were incorrectly given as G Schembri and P Schober, when in fact the authors were J Martin, P Slade, P Sheeran, A Wright and T Dibble.

The authors' names were, however, stated correctly on the article itself in both the print and online editions of the April issue. The journal would like to apologise to all the individuals concerned for any embarrassment and inconvenience that this inadvertent error may have caused.
